building industries since 1974. As an employee of some of the most prolific builders in the world, I've learned the business of building homes from every angle. The wrong and right way to do construction. The importance of customer service, the lifeblood of any business. 

Susan K Vallery, Designer

Married since 1992 and Susan and Mark have worked side by side since starting their home building business in 1994. As a little girl Susan loved pursing floor plan magazines and drawing floor plans of her own. Since starting the company, she has led over 500 homeowners through the process of developing there ideal plan and choosing every last detail of decor, down to the door stops!
